Can I enquire without a complete specification?

Yes. Send the details you know and a short project description. You can share a link to your specification, drawing or nameplate, or email the files. There is no need to retype a complete specification.

Can I include more than one rating?

Yes. Select the ratings you need and enter the quantity for each in Quantity or Project details. Use Other capacity for a different rating. Each configuration and its availability require confirmation.

What should I send for a replacement unit?

Share the existing nameplate, cabinet and foundation dimensions, cable entry details and connection drawings. Include the utility specification and any required changes. Matching the rating alone does not confirm installation compatibility.
