In 2020, HEAKOR energized a new 50,000 ㎡ transformer manufacturing campus, expanding our capacity to supply high-voltage power and distribution transformers to utilities and industrial projects worldwide. With 8 automated production lines and more than 600 skilled employees, HEAKOR delivers a complete production line from pole-mounted and pad-mounted units to custom substation transformers.
We validate copper/aluminum windings, insulation systems, and eco-friendly ester or mineral oils for long-term stability under extreme temperatures, humidity, and coastal or high-altitude conditions.

With 70+ engineers, HEAKOR transforms R&D into production excellence. Every transformer—pole-mounted, pad-mounted, or substation class up to 220 kV and 400 MVA—is 100 % tested before shipment, delivering proven performance and long service life for global customers.From the moment raw materials arrive at our facility to the final product leaving our doors, we employ a multi-stage inspection and testing protocol to guarantee performance and durability. HEAKOR’s 10,000 ㎡ R&D and testing center ensures every pole, pad, and substation transformer meets most demanding standards. Each unit undergoes lightning-impulse, partial-discharge, temperature-rise, and long-term endurance testing. Our products are UL, cUL, CSA, and CE certified, backed by independent SGS and CESI reports, proving full compliance with ANSI/IEEE and IEC requirements.
